As a developer at Lumenaza, you create innovative software solutions for the new energy world. You work on our unique tariff tool for the energy industry that enables our customers to offer and bill highly personalized energy services.

Your tasks

• Your code will enable our customers to execute business-critical processes in the field of billing and accounting.
• Structure, develop and implement highly personalized and automated billing solutions that trans-form the energy industry and increase renewable energy market share.
• Continuous improvement of the product catalog and development of new features to strengthen our market leading position.
• You contribute to our microservices architecture to handle complex processes for a large number of customers.
• You identify current trends in software design and share this knowledge within the team.
• You work closely with your team and enjoy sharing your experience with them.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a related field and already have extensive programming experience.
• Very good object-oriented Python3 knowledge, Django ORM knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in automated quality assurance (e.g. unit test, robot framework).
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with good German and English language skills and experience working in a team are a plus.
• Programming experience in the accounting/bookkeeping environment (fintech, DATEV, SAP, ...) is a plus.
• We also welcome experience with Docker/Docker Compose as well as with concepts of micro-services.
• German residency is required.

• With you, the billing team will consist of 10 developers working in two sub-teams and collaborating intensively with a product owner.
